M&A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
Eric has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A.
He managed the mergers and acquisitions advisory activity of Banque Sanpaolo France (Intesa Sanpaolo group) for 10 years. He also holds a license issued by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and he also advises on organizational matters, financing, asset disposal and cost reduction strategy.
After studying economics and accounting expertise, Eric Rattier has spent most of his career in the banking world.
Eric Rattier notably headed the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Banque Palatine (BPCE group), dedicated to mid-cap transactions. He then joined the Cma-Cgm group (the world’s third largest group in the maritime container transport sector) to manage its acquisitions.
With these two complementary experiences, financial and industrial, in mergers & acquisitions, Eric Rattier left the group to create Dealmaker in 2007.
