André Parant is a Consultant at SRDB Advisory.

He advises companies, investors, and institutions on their international development projects, government relations, and the understanding of political and economic environments across international markets.

A graduate of the French National School of Administration (ENA), the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), and holder of a law degree, André Parant devoted most of his career to French diplomacy.

Over more than four decades, he held a number of senior positions within the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidency of the French Republic. Throughout his career, he represented France in several strategic countries across Africa and the Middle East, notably serving as Ambassador to Senegal, Lebanon, Algeria, Egypt, and Tunisia. He also served as Deputy Secretary General of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

Drawing on his extensive knowledge of international geopolitical, institutional, and economic issues, he provides SRDB Advisory’s clients with high-level strategic guidance in support of their international development, investment, and cooperation projects.
