Diane Koumba Manfoumbi is a member of the Gabon Bar and SRDB Law Firm’s partner in Gabon.

Together with the SRDB Law Firm team, she assists and supports foreign companies in their operations in Gabon, particularly in the areas of distribution, transport, energy, mining, financing, real estate and intellectual property.

Diane holds a master’s degree in business law and taxation from Paris X – Nanterre University, a master’s degree in health law with a major in industrial property and healthcare industries from Paris VIII University, and a master’s degree in bioethics Law from Paris XII University (France).

After completing her secondary and university education in France, Diane returned to Gabon, where she was admitted to the Bar in 2013.

Following six years working as an associate in a law firm in Libreville, she founded her own firm in December 2019, focusing mainly on business law (OHADA), industrial property law, labour law, and civil law.
