Dr. Elodie PASTOR holds a Ph.D. in Law and heads the Employment Law Department at SRDB Law Firm.

In this capacity, she provides daily support to business leaders across all industries, helping them secure their practices and implement their projects in compliance with employment law.

She specializes in both labor law and social security law, offering advisory and litigation services.

Before founding her own firm, Elodie Pastor worked as an associate in a prominent national law firm dedicated to employment law, with a particular focus on employer defense.

Elodie holds a Magistère in Law, Taxation, and Accounting, a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation, and a Master’s degree in Employment Law from Aix-Marseille University.

She also earned a Ph.D. in Private Law (awarded the Thesis Prize by the “Droit, Pouvoirs et Sociétés” Research Federation) from Aix-Marseille University in 2017.
