Georges Sioufi is the Managing Partner and co-founder of SRDB Law Firm, where he co-leads the Middle East desk.

Georges is involved in all major and strategic cases of the firm. He has been practicing business law for nearly 40 years, with a deep understanding of its practical application in corporate structuring, commercial transactions, or international investments.
Georges is also highly experienced in dispute resolution, whether in handling litigation or arbitration proceedings, or through alternative dispute resolution methods.

He possesses expertise in the transport, infrastructure, banking, and finance sectors.

His practice focuses on international transactions and disputes, particularly related to the Middle East and Africa.

After starting his career in Beirut at Marcel Sioufi Law Firm, Georges joined the Legal Department of a global leader in maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions, where he held a senior position for many years. He also served as special advisor to the President, handling all strategic matters for the Group, particularly in restructuring and refinancing issues.

Georges also served as a judge at the Marseille Commercial Court from 1996 to 1998. Since 2004, he has been an arbitrator and board member of the Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris.

Georges holds a degree in private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a DESS in transport law from the University of Aix-en-Provence.
