Henri Najm is a member of SRDB Worldwide Network.

A member of the Beirut Bar since 1994, he has developed extensive experience and strong skills in arbitration, mediation, and litigation, as well as in the drafting all types of business-related documents (JV Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligence processes, etc.).

His expertise and experience have enabled him to provide services beyond Lebanon. He advises a wide range of international clients and businesses in the MENA region and represents them in proceedings before international bodies and arbitration centers.

Henri holds a master’s degree in French and Lebanese law from Saint Joseph University – Faculty of Law and Political Science and is trilingual (English, Arabic, and French).
