Martun Panosyan

Martun Panosyan is a lawyer at ELL Partnership, the preferred partner of SRDB Law Firm in Armenia.

He graduated from the French University in Armenia in 2007 with a degree in law, became a certified specialist in law in 2008, and earned a master’s in international business law from Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 (France) in 2009.

From 2015 to 2017, Martun was an advisor to the President of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). In 2013, he was elected as a member of the Bar Council of the Republic of Armenia, a position he held until 2017. He has also been a member of the Council of the International Association of CARPA since 2013. From 2013 to 2018, and again since 2023, he is an advisor to the Chairman of the Bar Association of Armenia for international relations. Since 2012, he is the co-founder and president of the Armenian Association of Francophone Lawyers, as well as a lecturer at the School of Lawyers of the Republic of Armenia since 2012. A member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Armenia since 2010, he is also an honorary member of the Paris and Montpellier Bars.

Martun has participated in several professional training courses in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and Russia. In 2012, he attended training courses at the Paris Bar School, at the “SOFFER” law firm in 2012, at “Vatier & Associés” and the Paris Bar in 2011.

Martun is a senior lawyer with experience in a wide range of projects, including acquisition financing and commercial litigation. He is highly appreciated by his clients for his practical approach, technical knowledge, and negotiation skills.

Martun has provided legal services to companies in the information technology, healthcare, betting games, local casinos sectors, and more. He has also served as a program expert for the Council of Europe’s “Support to Access to Justice in Armenia” project, etc.
