Ziad Beylouni is a partner and the co-founder of SRDB Law Firm, He heads the firm’s Western Europe Desk.

Ziad has been practicing business law for over 25 years. His expertise encompasses corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, shareholder agreements, project finance, and international commercial operations and investments.

He also has expertise in competition law and antitrust issues between economic operators.

Ziad is further entrusted with the resolution of disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or out-of-court settlements.

He is an expert in maritime law, which he has been practicing since the beginning of his career. He initially worked as an in-house legal counsel before holding executive roles at a global leader in maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions.

Ziad holds an Executive MBA in finance, human resources management, strategy, and marketing. He also has degrees in private law and in legal theory and philosophy from Paris X-Nanterre University.

He lectures on law at Kedge Business School, where he leads the International Trade Transport and Logistics Club.

Ziad regularly runs seminars for business leaders. Recently, his seminars have been focusing on corporate governance and ESG.
