SRDB Law Firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Marine Grivel-Dubois as Head of the firm’s Tax Department.
A member of the Marseille Bar, Marine advises individuals, executives and companies on all tax-related matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts. Her expertise notably includes wealth taxation, corporate taxation, and international tax issues.
Prior to joining SRDB, Marine spent six years within the tax department of a leading French law firm, where she was involved in matters relating to business transfers, wealth structuring, and the international mobility of executives.
She holds a Magistère in Law, Taxation and Accounting, as well as a Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law and Taxation from Aix-Marseille University. Marine also lectures in corporate taxation at Aix-Marseille University and at the Catholic University of Lyon.
Marine Grivel-Dubois’s appointment reflects SRDB’s commitment to strengthening its tax expertise in order to better support its clients in increasingly complex legal and transactional environments, often with an international dimension.
Marine has also recently published an analysis on the France–Lebanon Double Taxation Convention of 24 July 1962, highlighting the contemporary challenges related to determining the tax residence of taxpayers with ties to both France and Lebanon.
