Vincent Lunel is a business lawyer specialising in investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate law and commercial law. He has extensive experience advising international groups in Algeria and, more broadly, across North Africa, particularly in connection with investment transactions, M&A, due diligence and complex projects.
Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading international law firms, including CLEARY GOTTLIEB STEEN & HAMILTON, WILLKIE FARR & GALLAGHER, LEFÈVRE PELLETIER & ASSOCIÉS, DS AVOCATS and ERNST & YOUNG, where he held positions as partner and head of the Algiers office.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Paris-Dauphine University, Vincent Lunel also holds an LL.M. from Georgetown Law School. He has been recognised by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for his expertise in corporate law, M&A, investments and finance.
