Rodolphe Bovis is an associate at SRDB Law Firm. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex disputes, both in France and internationally, encompassing international arbitration, commercial litigation and white collar crime.
He advises French and international clients, including corporations, shareholders, senior executives and insurance industry participants, in disputes involving significant commercial and strategic considerations. His practice spans both arbitral and court proceedings, as well as the development of litigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
Rodolphe regularly works on institutional arbitrations conducted under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as related court proceedings, including actions to set aside arbitral awards and proceedings for their recognition and enforcement.

Rodolphe’s experience includes advising on the following matters:
- International Arbitration – Shareholder Dispute (United Arab Emirates): Advising a shareholder of a UAE-incorporated company in an ICC arbitration arising out of a shareholder dispute, as well as in subsequent proceedings to set aside the arbitral award, which resulted in the dismissal of the setting-aside application, and ongoing enforcement proceedings in the United Arab Emirates.
- International Arbitration – Insurance and Political Risks (Singapore / Yemen): Advising a Singapore-based reinsurer in an ICC arbitration against a Yemeni insurer concerning an insurance policy covering political violence risks.
- Commercial and Criminal Litigation – Construction Industry (France): Advising a company operating in the construction and public works sector in connection with commercial and criminal disputes arising from a corporate disposal, alongside legal assistance in the restructuring of the company.
- Corporate and Executive Litigation – Listed Company (France): Advising a former senior executive in appellate proceedings against a French CAC 40 company.
- Post-Acquisition Litigation – Aerospace Industry (France): Advising an aerospace company in a commercial dispute arising from a corporate acquisition.
- Criminal Litigation – Digital Assets (France / Ukraine): Advising an individual on matters relating to the seizure of cryptocurrencies in Ukraine in connection with ongoing criminal judicial investigations in France.
- Criminal Litigation – Defamation (France): Advising shareholders of a French company in defamation proceedings against a fellow shareholder.
Professional Background
Prior to joining SRDB Law Firm, Rodolphe gained experience at leading French and international law firms in Paris, including Orrick Rambaud Martel and Castaldi Partners, a Franco-Italian law firm.
He also worked with the Swiss-Italian team of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where he developed an in-depth understanding of international arbitration proceedings and the institutional administration of arbitrations.
In addition, he spent one year working alongside the criminal litigation team at Ennio, a Paris-based law firm.
Education and Languages
Admitted to the Marseille Bar in January 2025, Rodolphe holds an LL.M. from King’s College London and a Master’s degree in Business Law, specialising in Maritime Law, from Aix-Marseille University.
Having initially trained as a translator and interpreter, he works fluently and interchangeably in French, English and Italian, all three of which he uses in the conduct of international matters.
