Gohar Gevorgyan is a Senior partner at ELL Partnership, SRDB Law Firm‘s preferred partner in Armenia. 

She graduated with honors from Yerevan State University (Law Department) in 2010 and obtained her Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from Yerevan State University, also with honors, in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Yerevan State University. 

Since 2017, Gohar Gevoryan has been a member of the Arbitration Institution of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia. She is also a member of the Armenian Bar Association and the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a lawyer at “DGA Realty.” From 2010 to 2011, she worked as an expert at the NGO “Armenian Association of Criminologists.” From 2012 to 2015, she served as General Counsel and lawyer at “AM Law Firm” LLC. From 2013 to 2014, Gohar worked as an expert at the “International and Comparative Law Center-Armenia.” Since 2013, she has been teaching at the International Accounting Training Center. From 2015 to 2018, Gohar was the General Director and lawyer at “DGA Law Firm” LLC. She also worked at the Armenian Justice Academy as the head of the Research and Methodological Activities Unit. 

She has participated in various training programs in Armenia, Russia, and Europe. Gohar completed the Council of Europe’s training course on “Violence against Women and Domestic Violence” and attended the conference titled “Access to Justice for Women Victims of Violence” in Strasbourg as a member of the Armenian delegation. 

She has published over 35 articles on criminal and civil procedure and legal advocacy. 

Currently, Gohar Gevoryan focusses on corporate law. She advises a wide range of clients, specializing in transactional matters, including the buying and selling of businesses, the formation, restructuring, and reorganization of companies and partnerships. She also advises corporate clients on governance, shareholder rights, and succession planning. 

Gohar’s also advises on intellectual property law, particularly trademark and copyright issues. In this area, she has represented clients ranging from individual inventors to the world’s largest camping tent manufacturers. Her clients are both domestic and international. 

Gohar understands that each individual and case is unique and tailors her approach to meet each client’s specific needs.
