Alain is a member of the Beirut’s bar association since 1996. He has a strong expertise in commercial law and commercial litigation.

​​Alain is mainly intervening in contractual negotiations, commercial representations, concessions, intellectual property and real estate and commercial litigations. Furthermore, he advises on local and international arbitration disputes.
