Christian Bellais is a partner at SRDB Law Firm. 

Admitted to the Marseille Bar since 1993, Christian is a former member of the Marseille Bar Council, where he co-chaired the Real Estate Law Commission. 

He regularly practices and has extensive experience in construction law, property development and sales law, commercial leases, and insurance law. 

Christian has  worked on highly complex international cases, including involving issues related to carbon tax fraud. 

Since 2022, he has been a mediator and founding member of AMMA, under the auspices of the Marseille Bar.
