A member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2015, Karl Khoury has been leading SRDB Law Firm’s Abu Dhabi office since 2022.

He primarily advises family businesses, investment funds, and startups in financing transactions and operations, including private acquisitions, venture capital financing, partnerships, and joint ventures.

He also provides guidance to companies on complex governance matters.

Karl has extensive experience in the sectors of distribution, luxury, technology, hospitality, transportation, and logistics.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Private Business Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut (2015) and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University (2018).
