Marie-Dominique graduated with a Master 2 in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012 and has joined SRDB as a partner since December 2021.

She was a temporary university lecturer at Aix-Marseille University in Media Law and Intellectual Property Law and has carried out various assignments in legal departments of French and international groups.

Marie-Dominique has developed expertise in Intellectual Property Law, Media Law and New Technologies to offer Customers a tailor-made service.

She regularly supports the various players in the field of Culture and Graphic, Plastic, Musical and Choreographic Arts in their daily professional life providing them with insight into all the issues they may encounter in Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, and generally in all aspects of Business Law.

Lastly, Marie-Dominique intervenes, on an ancillary basis, as a Representative of artists and authors, in particular by assisting them in the negotiation and drafting of their contracts.
