A partner at SRDB Law Firm since November 2021, Marie-Dominique Luccioni Faiola has developed an expertise in Intellectual Property Law, Press Law, New Technologies Law, and Data Protection Law, and more broadly in Business Law.

She acts for players in the culture and art industries, including graphic, plastic, musical and choreographic arts, and supports them in all the intellectual property law, press law and business law issues that they face in their day-to-day activities.

Marie-Dominique also acts as a representative for artists and authors, managing their professional interests, negotiating, and drafting contracts on their behalf.

In litigation, she focuses on intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation. She also handles press-related cases, such as defamation and libel.

In addition to her strong background in culture and arts, Marie-Dominique has niche expertise in Research and Development, gained while working with leading French industrial companies in the energy sector. She also has in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.

She has served as an adjunct professor at Aix-Marseille University, lecturing on Press Law and Intellectual Property Law, and has provided consulting services to the legal departments of French and international companies.

Prior to joining SRDB Law Firm, she worked as a business law associate in several Parisian law firms.

Marie-Dominique holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Literary, Artistic, and Industrial Property Law from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University.
