Marie GIRARDET is a partner at SRDB Law Firm, where she heads the Latin America Desk. 

Marie acts for French and international clients in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and white-collar proceedings. 

She has nearly a decade of experience in commercial and investment arbitration, and has worked under the auspices of institutions such as the ICC, ICSID, and the PCA. She has developed particular expertise in the construction and energy sectors. 

Marie is listed as an arbitrator with the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP). 

Prior to joining SRDB Law Firm, Marie spent nearly 10 years working with law firms specializing in international arbitration, such as Derains & Gharavi in Paris and Bernardo Cremades y Asociados in Madrid.
