Séverine ELIE acts in France and abroad in corporate and commercial law, mainly for small and medium-sized companies and managers.

Her approach is to provide relevant, creative and operational advice to support her clients in their growth.

Séverine started her career as a financial auditor, in charge of a mission in the internal audit department of a world leading pharmaceutical company (SANOFI). She then joined a large cosmetics group (PPR/GUCCI GROUP) as head of international contracts. Later on, she oriented her career towards capital development as a lawyer specialized in the sale, acquisition and merger of companies in large French groups specialized in energy and environment (Institut Français du Pétrole (IFP) and VEOLIA Environnement). These experiences at the heart of companies are today a considerable asset in her profession as a lawyer working alongside her clients.

In early 2022, Séverine joined the SRDB ALLIANCE.
