Théa-Maria Boueiz

Member of SRDB Worldwide Network

Junior Legal Counsel

Théa-Maria Boueiz works with SRDB Law Firm on a wide range of legal matters, both advisory and contentious. She is also undertaking professional training at Marcel Sioufi Law Firm in Beirut, SRDB’s partner firm in Lebanon, as part of her preparation for the Beirut Bar Association entrance examination. This dual experience allows her to work across France and Lebanon, helping to strengthen cooperation between the two offices and with the firm’s partners throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

In 2023, she obtained a degree in Lebanese Law and a Master 1 in Business Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Her studies at USJ provided her with a strong foundation in comparative law, particularly between the Lebanese and French legal systems. She subsequently obtained a Master 2 in Business Law, specialising in Law, Entrepreneurship and Digital Business, from Paris-Saclay University in 2024.

Seeking to complement her legal education with a practical understanding of the economic and operational challenges faced by businesses, she obtained an MSc in Transport, Logistics and International Trade Management from KEDGE Business School in 2026, together with a Level 7 qualification registered with the French National Register of Professional Qualifications (RNCP). She graduated second in her class. This programme further developed her interest in transport, logistics, international trade and maritime law, as well as the intersection of law, business strategy and risk management.

Upon passing the Beirut Bar Association entrance examination, Théa-Maria will continue her professional training as a trainee lawyer in Lebanon, while remaining involved in the collaboration between SRDB and Marcel Sioufi Law Firm. She also intends to seek admission to a French Bar in the future.

Trilingual, she is a native Arabic speaker and fluent in both French and English. Her background enables her to work effectively in international environments and contribute to legal matters involving multiple jurisdictions and diverse economic contexts.

Her background has also been shaped by fifteen years of involvement in the scouting movement in Lebanon, where she assumed leadership responsibilities from the age of sixteen, working with young girls and people with disabilities. This experience strengthened her sense of responsibility, leadership skills and ability to adapt to diverse individuals and environments.
