Diane Armalet is a SRDB Law Firm’s partner in Ivory Coast. 

She holds a master’s degree in law from St. Joseph University of Beirut and a DEA (postgraduate degree) in Business Law from UT1 University of Toulouse.  

Diane began her career in 1991. She was mainly responsible for advising on commercial law and banking law and handling disputes. Starting in 2012, she began offering consultations in tax optimization. 

In 2017, Diane relocated to Cameroon, and from there, she became highly active in establishing partnerships, joint ventures, and negotiating shareholder agreements across all OHADA law jurisdictions. 

She mainly works with large Lebanese groups established in Africa on industrial and commercial investment projects and issues related to technology transfer.
