Osama Karawani is one of the founding partners of Karawani Law Firm, SRDB Law Firm’s partner in Syria.

Founded in 1994, the firm is comprised of around twenty lawyers.

Osama’s practice focusses on commercial law, government contracts, public-private partnerships (PPP), litigation, banking and finance law, investment law, infrastructure and energy law, and intellectual property law.

Together with his team, he acts for and advises leading commercial companies on all matters relating to his areas of expertise.
