Dr Banu Bozkurt is SRDB Law Firm’s preferred partner in Turkey. She is a member of the SRDB Worldwide Network and the SRDB Alliance.

Banu is a graduate of the Galatasaray University and also holds a Ph.D in Aviation and Maritime Law from Yeditepe University.

She works at Akdeniz University as a Law Professor, where she lectures on maritime law, insurance law and aviation law.

In addition, she is a member of the Turkish Maritime Law Association, the Turkish Insurance Law Association and of the Paris International Arbitration Center (CAIP). She has authored numerous books and articles relating to maritime transport of goods and persons, air transport of goods and persons and insurance law.
